Senior Business Control Manager - Business partnering
Our client is a well known MNC with various business lines across the globe and a sizable regional sourcing office in Hong Kong. We are looking for a Senior Business control manager to join their business controlling team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Controlling Director, you will be responsible for:
- Lead a small team to prepare the budgeting, forecasting and other financial analysis to provide insights and strategy recommendations to the business and senior management
- Perform financial modeling and other business analysis
- Work as a Finance business partner and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare financial data for month-end reporting and prepare the management reporting package for senior management team
- Manage the finance system and other analysis framework as well as the data dashboard related to analysis/ financial data
- Assist in the system upgrade and support IT team for the business intelligence tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or other related major
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a business partnering/ business controlling/ Financial planning and analysis functions with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Solid experience working in a MNC environment, ideally from sourcing/ trading/ FMCG/ retail industries
- Strong analytical skills, candidate with knowledge in Anaplan/ VBA/ Macro/ Power BI is a plus
- Candidate with SAP/ Oracle/ other ERP system experience would be a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English, welcome Native English speaker
- Candidate must have right/ valid working visa to work in Hong Kong
