My client is a well-established company, and they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid project experience in SAP FICO and implementing ERP solutions for accounting and finance purposes.

- Participate in the analysis of business requirements to translate them into system specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from both the IT team and accounting & finance teams to understand their needs
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
- Work closely with the project management team and be involved in the end-to-end system implementation and integration
- Involve in project management and assign tasks, manage budget & timeline control, and deal with external vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends/best practices and identify opportunities for optimization
- Plan, manage, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for project delivery and implementation
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management in the technology/digital transformation field with a strong focus on ERP system and finance system/modules implementations; solid experience in SAP FICO module is a must
- Solid experience in project management and collaborating with onshore teams and 3rd party vendors
- Sound knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures
- Solid experience in gathering user requirements, including elicitation, analysis, validation, and formalization of requirements to create specification documentation
- Strong communication skills and a business mindset, capable of managing relationships with stakeholders and effectively translating technical ideas
- Proficiency in spoken and written both Cantonese and English is a must
