About the job

Act as a Business Analyst mainly focuses on Mobile App/Website projects of the Company.
Working closely with both the IT and Business Department to gather requirements.
Work closely with IT Manager for application project implementation and integration.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to track and maintain the process & deliverable to ensure positive outcomes.
Research and develop a deep understanding of the marketplace to create a comprehensive competitive analysis.
Plan, manage, and conduct UAT with end-users for project delivery.

Skills and experience

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management in the technology/digital area. More experienced candidates will be consider as Senior BA.
Prior experience in any digitisation projects such as mobile App / Website / e-commerce etc.
Solid experience in gathering user requirements including elicitation, analysis, validation, and formalisation of requirements to create specification documentation
Excellent analytically, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English
