    My client is one of the top tier insurance businesses in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking a passionate individual who loves digitalization that includes end to end journey and understands from a customer experience perspective.

    about the team.

    • Under Customer Service Department
    • Direct reporting to Customer Service Director
    • Focus on digital customer experience system implementation
    • Budget: 40,000 - 60,000 x 12 months + attractive bonus

    about the job.

    • Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users
    • Carry out business impact assessment, assist solutions manager & business users to define system testing scenarios
    • Gather business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered
    • Collaborate with business users to define application workflow and system enhancement areas in order to address end users’ business needs
    • Responsible for project documentations which are clearly defined and in sufficient detail for system implementation

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in Business Analysis field
    • Insurance or Financial services background will be a huge plus
    • Good negotiation, strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • A good team player and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Forward thinking personality who is also customer focused
    • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
