Act as business analysis to define and translate the business request into requirements, and recommend best practices or solutions to the stakeholders.
Work closely with IT Manager for e-Commerce application project implementation and integration.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to track and maintain the process & deliverables to ensure positive outcomes.
Research and develop a deep understanding of the marketplace to create a comprehensive competitive analysis.

Skills and experience

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management in the technology/digital area.
Prior experience in e-Commerce projects such as Mobile apps/Website, CRM/ERP/HRIS is a plus.
Solid experience in gathering user requirements including elicitation, analysis, validation, and formalisation of requirements to create specification documentation
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English
