About the Company

Our client is a well-known global FMCG brand. To support their business expansion, they are looking for experienced Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to join their team.

About the Job

  • Develop and execute brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for assigned products
  • Overall brand planning, P&L and A&P control, monitoring marketing program execution and tracking of brand performance
  • Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive company growth
  • Responsible for initiating and implementing sales and marketing plans, including daily promotions, branding and Public Relations
  • Analyze market trends, sales trends and advertising effectiveness to carry out strategic actions to achieve company goals
  • Apply best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Requirement and Skill

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communication or related discipline
  • 5+ years relevant experience in FMCG brand management
  • Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially sensible with good negotiation skill
  • Creative and able to think outside of the box
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
