(Senior) Brand Manager - Consumer Healthcare

Our client is a global leading Consumer Healthcare organization. They have a solid global presence with 10,000+ employees. They're continually looking to expand the team in Hong Kong despite the COVID-19 situation.

They're currently looking for a (Senior) Brand Manager to overlook the brand campaigns and to further grow market share to create a competitive brand. People management / coaching will also be involved to ensure a strong team culture and to strive towards the same business goal.

The (Senior) Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns including strategy development to achieve the commercial objectives including sales, margin, profits and market share.

Job Description

  • Responsible in developing brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital etc.) from planning to execution - for existing products and new product launches
  • Analysis on brand campaigns and market to identify gaps and be able to provide recommendation to bridge gaps to increase market share to be competitive market
  • Be able to develop campaigns collaborating closely with internal teams/function (CRM, events, public relations etc.)
  • Track promotion and campaigns and through ROI Analysis
  • Collaborate with internal (regional and HQ teams) and external stakeholders to ensure projects, campaigns, reports, business plans are delivered in a timely mannager
  • Responsible in managing A&P budget overseeing P&L
  • Be able to provide guidance and coaching to junior staffs within the team

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing Consumer / FMCG industry
  • Degree holder in Marketing and/or business related discipline
  • Strong in strategic thinking, strong business acumen and analytical
  • Team player, strong communication and adaptable to changes
  • Experience in people/team management is a bonus
  • Individuals with more expereinces will be considered as Senior Brand Manager
