My client is developing a new social media platform, they are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to join their growing IT team.

Lead the backend development team to design, develop and enhance the platforms and support the upcoming new features development
Collaborate with other teammates to build components which fulfill the business requirements
Write clean & maintainable code, and conduct code review & provide deeback for the juniors
Participate in team performance management and ensure the delivery will be on-time and able to meet the agreed standards
Develop RESTful API to support the functions on the mobile app, and work closely with the mobile application team for integration

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on design and development experience on Python/ Go/ GoLang
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, RESTful API, any of cloud platform is preferred,
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environment
Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
