Work closely with the Fixed Income Syndicate team to participate in the issuance and distribution process of fixed income securities
Assist in communication with issuers to determine issuance terms, such as coupon rates and maturity dates
Collect and analyze market information, assess investor demand and market conditions to support pricing and sizing of issuances
Coordinate with syndicate team members to ensure timely allocation of securities to investors. Participate in secondary market transactions, providing execution and liquidity support

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with fixed income markets and the securities issuance process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, working well with various stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in office software and financial tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, etc.
