With year-on-year business growth, they are looking to expand the team by inviting high-calibre Senior Associate/ Partner to join their well-established team in Hong Kong.

about the role.As Senior Associate/ Partner, directly reporting to the Head of Hong Kong and regional senior executive, you are based in Hong Kong office managing a team of talented architectural specialist designers. Primarily you will be taking lead to generate new businesses through warm connections including but not limited to Real Estate, Property, Hospitality, Retail, Institutional sectors. You will moreover be taking ownership for successful end-to-end project cycle delivery from inception to design concept and design management. skills & experiences required.

Over 10 years of experiences in architectural design and project management
Strategic, strong team leadership, and excellent stakeholder management & client interfacing skills
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken in English, any secondary languages for examples Cantonese/ Mandarin would also be a bonus
Degree holder in architecture or equivalent
