Conduct essential internal approval processes, perform comprehensive due diligence, carry out market research, and prepare regulatory filings.
Under supervision, manage and resolve transaction-related issues and oversee the preparation and review of all necessary documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and external professional advisors, and handle communications with regulatory bodies as needed.
Contribute to the creation of financial models and prepare valuation reports and presentations.
Take an active role in developing client pitches, conducting market analysis, and generating new ideas for the team.

Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in corporate finance or investment banking from a well-regarded financial firm.

Exceptional skills in analysis, interpersonal communication, and presenting.
