About the Company

Our client company is a multinational developer with a reputable name in the market. As being the market leader in the construction fields, they have stable and sustainable business growth in construction for continuous growth and success. They are now looking for a Senior Architect based in Hong Kong for their well-established business. You can explore and achieve goals with them.

About the Role

As the Senior Architect and directly reporting to the Project Manager, you are responsible for design on projects throughout Southeast Asia. You will also be accountable for managing presentations and reporting the design progress to the client (applying standard architecture procedures), monitoring the work standards and delivering quality results within timeline and cost budget.

About the Requirement

Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
At least 6 years of relevant experiences
Holder of MHKIA/ RIBA or equivalent
Proven track record of project experiences in residential
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
