My client is one of the fast-growing insurance firms in Hong Kong. Now they are looking for a Senior Application Analyst to help them to ensure that applications are functioning correctly and meet the needs of the organisation.

• Provide on-going support and maintenance for company Application systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and help them utilise applications to improve the business processes.
• Responsible for analyzing, testing, and implementing applications.
• Helpdesk support from answering the request on ServiceNow ticketing system
• To ensure that applications are functioning correctly and meet the needs of the organisation.

• University graduate in IT/ Computer Studies/ Engineering or related fields
• Around 5 years working experience in relevant duties.
• Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Experience in Microsoft SQL and SQL programming languages preferable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
