With it's significant growth in business, they are looking for a senior manager/ manager for their APAC team in HK. The right candidate will not only provide the strategic plan for it's client but also take the lead to build and grow the team. - Participate in entity development plans, strategic decisions, marketing, sales and staffing plans
- Lead and delivery data science/ strategy projects for it's client across APAC, analysis and identify customer strategy
- Grow and lead the consultant team to ensure project delivery excellence
- Identify new business and manage client relationship ownership of accounts
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or Business related discipline
- 7 years or above of experience in Data Analytics/ Data Science related areas, candidate with 10 years experience will be considered as Senior Manager
- Consultancy firm background and client facing experience is a plus
- Experience in Python/ R and visualization tools
- Experience in adapting data science/ statistical model to retail business
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both written and speaking English is a must, any Asian language is a plus
