About the compnay

Our client is a leading and professional Financial Services Company, providing wealth management and MPF service. They have more than 300 staff in Hong Kong and cuurently planning to expand the Pension team.

About the job

  • Supervise the daily operations of pension team staff as to ensure the admin team is running smoothly
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of pension schemes and life insurance policies.
  • Make sure that new and existing customers' policies are accurately maintained and serviced.
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation;
  • Dealing with enquiries and carrying out the accompanying administration.
  • Perform clerical support such as data input;
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in pension fund administration
  • Knowledge in MPF / ORSO regulation
  • Good computer skills e.g. Excel, Chinese Words processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
