- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks, such as maintaining and updating various databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, files, and other administrative records.
- Provide clerical support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
