• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reporting
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and analysis
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to develop their skills
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, responding to inquiries and providing requested documentation
• Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the finance department and broader organization

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other finance-related technology
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
