Support the classroom teachers and staff to build and maintain a world-leading and successful Early Years programme within the school
Provide administrative support to classroom teachers in the delivery of quality teaching and learning via the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Maintain classroom organization and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom
Provide emotional support to students and communicate with teachers and parents as needed
Adhere to school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Assist in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum to students in Playgroup/Pre-N/K1 to K2
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support the delivery of quality teaching and learning
Play an important role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Early Years programme within the school
skills & experiences required.
Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Putonghua
Love of working with young children and a nurturing manner
Early Years program knowledge/experience and curriculum knowledge an advantage
Effective communication skills and patience in dealing with young students.
Sound organizational skills and time management
IT skills an advantage for making resources and digital portfolios
Knowledge/experience of Reggio Emilia Approach advantageous
Must be a Registered Teacher and Child Care Worker/Supervisor
Work location: Yau Ma Tei/Sai Ying Pun
