Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Corporate Services Department and Managing Director.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, handling phone calls, emails, instant messages, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and maintain a smooth workflow, including preparing agendas, minutes, run-downs, and reserving venues. Also responsible for consolidating team business reports.
Manage the Director's business and personal diary proactively, including tasks such as maintaining the phone book, calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and setting appointments.
Accompany the Director during client meetings and attend business events.
Assist with occasional ad hoc tasks as required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing secretarial support.
Hold a degree or above.
Have a strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs or problems, maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and think creatively.
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is preferred.
Exhibit a positive attitude, meticulousness, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferable.
