    My client is a reowned conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Secretary who is responsible for the coordination of the corporate events of a Managing Director. This role is reporting a PA.


    about the job.

    • Business (corporate events) focused
    • Organise and coordinate all the annual social events (horse racing & ceremony) and private events (cocktail party & private dinner)
    • Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate
    • manner
    • Prepare and send out invitation to the relevant parties
    • Keep track on VIP database and prepare expenses report.
    • Assist in ad hoc duties

    skills & experiences required.

    • Degree holder
    • 8+ years of relevant experiences
    • Experienced in serving HNWI and organising corporate events
    • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
    • Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
