job description

As a Secretary, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense claims, schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments etc
  • Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials
  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with ability in multi-tasking
  • At least 3 years of secretarial experience in sizeable organisation
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
