Conduct molecular cloning, including plasmid library construction, mutagenesis, maximal plasmid isolation, DNA and RNA extraction, etc
Execute experiments accordingly to established protocols or techniques relevant tomolecular experiments, such as PCR, qPCR, in vitro transcription, NGS library construction.
Provide cell line culture support and canonical transfection and transduction.
Accountable for experiment timelines.

A recent master degree or above (or bachelor degree with at least three-year relevant lab experience) in life sciences, biomedical sciences or related disciplinary.
Experience in molecular cloning, qPCR, and mammalian cell culture is desirable.
