Key Responsibilities:
- Gather all required information for insurance applications, thoroughly review the applications and promptly submit the finalized applications.
- Monitor the application submission process to confirm all applications are filed by the specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to request and retrieve the client's previous medical records.
- Follow-up on outstanding documents with Consultants or with client
- Collate and prepare Offer Comparison table for each case submission
- Ensure submissions are complete according to both internal and external guidelines
Key Requirements:
- University Degree in any disciplines
- Experienced in life insurance will be preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
