job description

Our client, one of the top tier Corporate and Investment banking in the world, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to assist the Trust & Agency team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales administrative support to the sales teams of Depositary Receipts and Corporate Trust.
  • Assist in client adoption (KYC) follow-up work
  • Assist in sales data input
  • Assist in preparing client fee proposals
  • Assist in preparing presentation slides in powerpoint
  • Assist in the preparation work for any sales seminars and client conferences etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 years relevant work experience within banking industry
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin, and preferably in Cantonese
  • Knowledge in word, excel and powerpoint is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player and capability to work under pressure
