    Our client is a US medical device company. They are focusing on the surgical portfolios and their market is growing. They are now looking for a sales specialist to further support their business.     about the job

    As a sales specialist, you will

    • manage surgical appointments with surgeons and nurses (case support)
    • provide excellent services to all assigned accounts in both HA and Private sectors
    • develop business development plans with all KOLs and all major accounts
    • attend and organize company meetings, product trainings and marketing events/ workshops
    • work closely with sales manager and product manager to maintain or increase the market share
    • drive sales growth to meet/ exceed annual sales targets
    • create new business opportunities by exploring new customer database
    • visit customers/ healthcare professionals frequently to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
    • gather market information on customers and competitor activity to develop tactics to react to market trends

    skills & experience required

    • bachelor degree of science, business or related field
    • at least one year of experience in the medical device industry
    • experienced in performing clinical support will be preferred
    • excellent command in oral and written English and Cantonese
    • senior sales specialist/ territory manager title could be offered for experienced medical device sales; fresh graduates from science background would also be considered
