Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities
Negotiate commercial agreements, such as content distribution, commission structures, and marketing partnerships, with airline partners
Collaborate closely with airline revenue management teams to understand pricing strategies, inventory availability, and promotional campaigns
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer booking data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Manage the online display and promotion of airline content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor airline partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and communicating feedback to support continuous enhancements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and technology, to implement joint initiatives with airline partners
Represent the online travel agency in industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings with airline executives
Provide timely reporting and insights to senior leadership on the status of airline partnerships and their impact on overall business performance
Stay abreast of industry regulations, technological advancements, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales and partnership strategies

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the travel and aviation industry, background from Airlines preferred
Demonstrated success in surpassing targets and a strong desire to excel and contribute significantly to the continuous growth of the travel industry.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
