Our client is a reputable European personal care and consumer goods company. To cope with its global and regional expansions, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Executive to join and manage a portfolio of brands.
about the team.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be working as an individual contributor as a category manager responsible for sales, trade marketing and inventory control. The office is located in prime location in Hong Kong, and you are given flexible hours and work from home options.
about the job.
- Collaborate closely with HQ to localize annual marketing activities and liaise with external vendors for execution
- Coordinate local distributors on market activation and review the effectiveness in order to pinpoint areas of opportunities and make correct measures where necessary
- Establish KPIs and other relevant targets to measure the success of the distributors and strategies
- Generate insights and areas of improvement through regular sales analysis reports and competitors analysis
- Design and define annual forecast by category, by brand, by SKU in unit and sales volume
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Business or any relevant disciplines
- 2+ years of relevant category management, trade marketing, sales management experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Premium Products field
- Proficient in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin proficiency will be a plus
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and time zones
- Independent, self motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Able to travel for business trips
