About our client

Our client is one of the fastest growing online fashion platforms.

They are looking for a Sales Manager / Head of Sales (Team Lead), preferably with a Digital Solutions / Media Sales background to grow their brand partnerships in Hong Kong.

You will participate in lead generation to identify potential business partners, selling and presenting solutions to brand partners on media and marketing strategies, create revenue sources and grow businesses with innovations, account management to maintain existing client relationships, lead CS, creative and sales teams on a steady performance, etc.

Job Descriptions

• Proactively develop new business opportunities by acquiring brands for partnerships and selling company’s creative and advertising strategies and solutions to partners
• Lead a team of 10 to achieve annual business sales targets, track and meet KPIs, as well as to monitor team and direct reports on performances
• Generate leads for company, build relationships with partners and upsell existing products
• Create new revenue streams to grow business with strategies, innovation and company resources
• Maintain existing client relationships and provide tailored solutions
• Lead direct reports (e.g. CS team, Marketing, Creative, etc.) to achieve assigned targets, perform according to company standards, and to provide them with professional development opportunities
• Stay on top of relevant market trends globally

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• A minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing / Media / Advertising; a minimum 3 years of management experience
• Possesses a solution mindset and could identify and close the gaps in the existing market trend
• Strategic mindset, strong in communicating ideas and excellent presentation skills
• A proven sales track record (quantified) in driving sales and growing revenue in developing partnerships
• With a network of clients in fashion, media, or other relevant industries; knowledgeable in digital advertising and other marketing and advertising disciplines
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendations
• Trilingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
