About Our Client

Our client officially entered Hong Kong in September 2019 and it is an affiliate of the most successful real-estate developer in Ireland. We are the only firm who offer Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) consulting services with a physical office in Hong Kong. Our company aims to provide applicants with one-stop investment and immigration services, including immigration consulting and planning supported by the Irish government. As a developer who has successfully carried out many social housing and nursing home IIP projects, the group has expertise in the investment field assisted by our client’s extensive immigration experience, and a strong business network of partners. Its IIP has successfully helped hundreds of families immigrate to Ireland, while maintaining an application approval rate of 100% and a 100% renewal rate.

Job Responsibilities
  • To expand businesses in Hong Kong through identifying, qualifying, prospecting and closing project revenues for both new and existing customers
  • To engage, coordinate and lead sales of business development activities with the high net worth group of customers
  • To promote brand-building initiatives and execute online marketing campaigns
  • To keep track on market dynamics, policies and regulations, as well as industry trends and established sources for investment development mapping
  • To participate Immigrant Investor webinars and be involved in industry related conferences both internally and externally
  • To provide in-group and end-to-end consulting services to our investors and clients throughout their investment and immigration journey
  • To understand and analyse clients' background and eligibility; communicate with immigration offices and other intermediaries for their applications
  • To foster strong and sustainable business partnerships with our reputable wealth managers, banks, professional associations, immigration and real estate agencies, and other third-party business partners around the world
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above, a relevant professional qualification is a plus
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in generating new businesses and having a professional level in client servicing
  • Owning an extensive network of high net worth clients would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in immigration and real estate investment is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential
  • Result-oriented with a clear understanding of the pre-set sales targets associated with key performance indicators
  • Motivated individual with a strong desire to deliver quality service
  • Assertive and approachable who can work under pressure adhering to deadlines
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
