    about the company.
    Our client, a fast growing healthcare company with a coverage across HK, China & US is looking to expand their Sales function. This is a newly created opportunity to lead debut of their new products to the Asian and European markets.

    about the team.
    To build a new Sales Team for Asian and European markets, reports directly to a senior leader in Product Management.

    about the job.

    • Identify commercial opportunities in the form of new customers and/or new products, continually provide feedback around market development, new product opportunities, customer trends and competitive activities.
    • Build complete channel development plan, explore new business partnership and opportunities, administer sales pipeline in the region of Asia and Europe.
    • Develop commercial go-to-market approach for the region including multiyear and annual sales plan with quarterly implementation and review processes to ensure achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.
    • Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
    • Analyse and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
    • Work and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, throughout the sales process for a smooth end to end implementation cycle.
    • Report to leadership team on sales strategy and results achieved in the region of Asia & Europe.
    • Frequent travel required.


    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor’s degree, major in Medical Science or relevant preferred.
    • At least 6 years of experience in sales or business development in the region of Asia and Europe; proven track record of achievement of sales targets.
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to grow a business from scratch.
    • Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
