My client is one of the most renowned financial institutions that owns a wealth management business. They are hiring a seasoned sales lead with extensive knowledge of insurance products targeting the HNW segment.

• Lead and manage the sales team to enhance business growth
• Cultivate strong connections with affluent and HNW clients
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive wealth strategies, offering a variety of investment and insurance solutions across different client sectors and channels
• Assess and enhance clients' needs in financial planning and portfolio management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with certifications in IIQE 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8
• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in client services, with a track record of working with HNW individuals
• In-depth understanding of wealth management offerings
• Exceptional customer service skills and approach
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Experience with business connections in the GBA is beneficial
• Eligibility to apply for a work visa if needed
