About the company

Our client is a warehouse solution company growing rapidly in Hong Kong. With the fast-growing business, they are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and drive the sales target;
  • Working closely with the management team and planning sales strategy;
  • Design compensation schemes and develop a high quality sales system ;
  • Monitor sales rep performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide sales training and development plan for team members;
  • Working closely with marketing team on marketing strategies and feedback on products;
  • Coordinate with Operations and Client Service team to ensure client satisfaction; and
  • Coordinate with Software Development team to continuously develop the sales
  • software stack;





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related subject;
  • At least 10 years experience in sales field , preferably with inbound sales experience;
  • Proven track record of delivering continuous and excellent team results;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to perform under very high pressure;
  • Proficient in Excel, CRMs, Google & Microsoft suite; and
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
