    Our client is a fast growing Global HR Tech / SaaS company. Powered by their expertise-enabled technology platform, their partners/ clients can expand the business across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for a "Sales Development Representative" to develop key business opportunities by establishing connections, setting meetings, and coordinating demos for the greater organization.

    • Identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other methods for prospecting
    • Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director
    • Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all data
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities
    • Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/ weekly/ monthly KPIs

    skills & experiences required.

    • Preferred 1+ years in sales as a Sales Development Representative or similar
    • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email
    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
    • High energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, growth mindset
    • Interest in learning new technologies
    • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving organization
