As a Sales Admin, you will
-Process and track orders from customers to factories
-Maintain accurate order records and documentation
-Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
-Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and inquiries
-Resolve any order-related issues promptl
-Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers
-Assist in sales data updating and consolidation
-Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Diploma from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
-Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin is a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
