• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
• Support daily operations of the shop
• Provide excellent customer services to and maintain & develop a good relationship with our loyal customers
• Handle any inquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines
• Participate in stock management / stock replenishment
• Staff Roaster Scheduling
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
