Our client is a reputable property company with property portfolios across Hong Kong and Overseas market. They develop, own and operate residential projects. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Sales and Leasing Officer to join their team.

About the job

• Identify new target clients and actively generate new leads as well as managing existing relationships across our portfolio of properties
• Handle daily leasing matters for residential properties or serviced apartments
• Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
• Conduct market research and promote the brand of company's properties

What you'll ideally have

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 years’ relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
• Candidates with Mainland background or exposure would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Strong initiative and customer orientation
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
