Liaise closely with sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including order processing and logistics arrangement;
Maintain and update sales and customer records;
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties; and
To handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English ;
Proficient in MS Office applications;
Good interpersonal and communication skill;
Well organised and willing to learn;
Able to work independent and strong sense of responsibility; and
Immediate availability is highly preferred
