As a Sales Admin, you will
-Receive and process purchase orders
-Issue sales transaction invoices

-Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
-Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
-Maintain and update sales and customer records
-Compile monthly sales reports
-Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
-Identify new products to add to those on offer
-Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
skills & experiences required.
-Secondary school graduate or above
-Min 2-3 years of experience in sales admin/order management
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Good communication skills and negotiation skills
