As a Sales Admin, you will

-Process and track orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Collaborate with the sales team to provide order status updates and address any issues that may arise.
-Manage customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product availability.
-Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to schedule shipments and resolve any shipping discrepancies.
-Generate reports on sales metrics, order status, and inventory levels.
-Assist in the development and maintenance of sales and order processing procedures.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Support the sales team in creating quotes, proposals, and contracts as needed.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing sales and order management processes.
skills & experiences required.
-Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Min 2 years of experience in sales support or order management.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
-Experience with the SAP system is a plus.
-Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
