Our client is a sizable Property & Construction firm and remains as the leader in their industry. We are looking for a seasoned professional to take the lead of the risk management sector for the firm.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for:

Enhance and uphold the Risk Management Framework by offering guidance and collaborating with senior executives and business divisions regarding risk management initiatives
Foster productive partnerships with business units to facilitate comprehensive risk recognition, evaluation, and resolution through active engagement in risk-related activities
Strengthen oversight of risk identification, monitoring, and control measures by designing and evaluating Key Risk Indicators to ensure continual improvement
Perform autonomous risk analysis as a specialist, delivering timely insights to senior management concerning emerging risk concerns
Contribute to the development of an improved incident and crisis management program
Boost productivity and effectiveness of the risk management process through the utilization of Governance, Risk & Compliance Systems and internal analytical capabilities
Enhance risk awareness and cultivate a risk-conscious culture by means of training and effective communication
Maintain risk management dashboards and facilitate prompt reporting to senior management, the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, and other external stakeholders
Engage in special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above in Risk Management, Accounting, Audit, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the audit and risk sector, ideally from property/ construction/ engineering industry
Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a keen business acumen
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders
Display proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
