To cope with its local expansions in Hong Kong and Macau, they are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join and help expanding its retail business.
about the team.Reporting to the Retail Head, you will be managing 10+ stores in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring retail operations efficiency and commercial goals are reached. This is an office based position (Monday - Friday), however, there might be times that you will be supporting stores during weekends/holidays. Rest assured that these worked days will be compensated with another day off!

... - Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the assigned outlets to maximize sales and profits manpower efficiency and customer service standard
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the operation as a whole
- Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image
- Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth
- Regularly review the operations routines and identify the improvement needs of the current practice
- Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the outlets colleagues with strong business drive
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of the market
- Work closely with various internal departments in operations planning
- Ensure the standard of visual merchandising, display, commercial image and layout at shop level are in compliance with corporate guidelines and make recommendation and advice to related departments if necessary
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in any business related disciplines will be appreciated
- 5+ years of relevant retail operations management experience within the apparel/lifestyle/sports sector required; experience as a "Store Manager" will have advantage
- Independent and good leadership skill with positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong numerical sense
- Customer-focused, result oriented, strong in problem solving and self-motivated
- Energetic, passionate and committed
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Travelling to Macau is required
