Our client is a reputable international consumer electronics brand that offers high quality headphones, speakers and other audio products. Their products have distinctive and unique design that many of the world's most famous people love. To cope with their local expansions, they are currently looking for a Retail Manager/Area Manager to join and lead their retail team.

about the team.Reporting to the GM, you will be managing a cluster of stores with the support from your Store Managers. As your main role is to lead the retail business, you are expected to work between the office and the stores depending on business needs. You may require to work certain weekends/holidays as well.

about the job.

• Monitor retail sales trends, manage retail store operations to ensure operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate retail team to achieve company commercial goals
• Effectively communicate corporate objectives to retail team to collect buy-ins
• Manage and monitor retail staff's performance and provide necessary coaching and trainings
• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of retail operations
• Monitor stock level, ensure high quality of store presentation and customer service standard
• Prepare sales report and translate data into actionable insights and plans
• Recruit and train retail staff to enhance service level and commercial performance
• Get regular market information within jurisdiction, consolidate first hand information for senior management's review

skills & experiences required.

• 5+ years of proven experience in multi-store management experience in consumer electronics, luxury retail or luxury goods sector
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required due to the team mix you will be working closely with
• Ability to work under pressure, self motivated with great problem solving skills
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and positive sales growth
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
