The designer creates that desire for "a little fancy" in every woman. Recently, the brand has broadened its exposure to the men's market paving the way for new traditions. As a Retail Head, you are expected to monitor and expand its business within the local markets and ensure new client acquisitions. about the team. You will work closely with the Vice President and Regional Teams on retail initiations. You will manage multiple stores with 200+ frontline team members; collaborating with store leaders to maximize business and increase brand loyalty amongst customers. You will work alongside great Marketing and Business Intelligence talents on assisting you to achieve business objectives. about the job.
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate frontline team members to ensure efficiency and to increase sales
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual sales figures to ensure store and brand profitability while provide insights for senior management's review
  • Ensure store operational efficiency via revamping SOP when needed
  • Motivate store members by ensuring adequate training, attractive commission/incentive schemes and collaborate with Marketing Team on in store promotions
  • Establish partnership with potential retailers while maintain strong relationship with the brand's VIPs
  • Manage each store's and the entire department's P&L
  • Liaise with landlords on leasing terms and collaborate on store promotions and campaigns
  • Close attention to competitors' move and trends; react when needed
  • Market visit regularly to ensure the brand stays as competitive

skills & experiences required.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury retail with 5+ years in a multi-store managerial level
  • Welcome candidates from fashion, WFJ, accessories and beauty background
  • Proven track record in driving sales and motivating team members
  • Experienced in managing high net worth clients
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
