My client is one of the fastest-growing and most recognised professional firms. They are partnered with all of your well known favourite retail and FMCG brands, and banks! They are looking for a Research Manager to lead a team of 6.

about the job.

Day-to-Day

  • Meeting with clients to brief and collect the requirements on the research projects
  • Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires
  • Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments
  • Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcript
  • Preparing the proposal and present the insights to your client

People/ Commercial Leadership

  • Identify high potential client opportunities and pitch the product with the Sales team
  • Business consultation with your sense and acumen
  • Lead a team of 6; Strengthen the research team with your management style

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder
  • 4-8 years of relevant working experience in market research/ financial services
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Willing to take challenges and team player
  • Able to work well with external clients and internal stakeholders
