    Our client is one of the market leaders of the construction and tools related manufacturing industry that is found in Europe. With their premium market positioning, they have their repair centre set up in Hong Kong and therefore would like to invite an experienced managerial grade candidate to take in charge of the centre.

    about the team.There are, in total, 7 people within the centre, of which 5 of them taking care of the technical repair duties, whereas the rest handling customer service, operation and in/outbound work. You, as the manager, will be the person who is in charge of the overall operation reporting to the Head of Service of North Asia.

    skills & experiences required.To be successful at this position, you need
    • Bachelor degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality or related disciplines.
    • At least 6 years of experience with 3 years or above of people management experience.
    • Experience of leading cross functional teams and managing P&L would be plus.
    • Ability to manage change by adopting new processes in terms of cost/ quality/ efficiency/ training or other key criteria.
    • Change management for lean repair process for the team to achieve project and team targets.
    • Knowledge of quality management and Lean principles.
    • Customer oriented and understanding of service with a proven track record of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to communicate with both the front line staff and the top management.
    • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Experience in using SAP a plus.
