key responsibilities
Reports to the Head of APAC Compliance
Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the regulatory requirements with the HKMA and SFC
Track regulatory guidelines/circulars and coordinate with internal stakeholders on implementation plan
Develop/Maintain internal compliance framework and policy with regards to regulatory requirements
Act as the main point of contact with regulators. Liaise with HKMA & SFC on inquiries, questionnaire, on/off-site inspectionskills
compliance, general compliance, regulatory compliance, HKMA, SFC, investment bank, corporate bank, corporate and investment bank, investment bankqualifications
Degree holder
10+ years General/Regulatory Compliance experience. Experience with Corporate Banking would be preferred
Familiar with Deposit Protection Scheme would be an advantage
Excellent Englisheducation
Bachelor Degree
