    Regional VP of Marketing, APAC | B2B SaaS, Technology

    Our client is a fast-growing Global HR Tech / SaaS company. Powered by its expertise-enabled technology platform, the company enables its partners / clients to expand businesses across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are partnering exclusively with us to look for an experienced VP of Marketing to lead the entire marketing function in the region.

    • Report to the Chief Marketing Director and senior management across different time zones
    • Cover Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc.
    • Develop a team of 10+ people, including Product Marketing, Communications, Events, Growth, Social Media, etc.

    • Spearhead integrated branding, marketing and public relations / communications campaigns, raising brand awareness
    • Produce marketing collateral and campaign assets aligned to the business’ growth strategy
    • Devise event marketing and budget plans to achieve company business goals, promote branding and products, generate leads, expand marketing database and strengthen client relationship
    • Develop and manage a wide range of professional events e.g. conferences/seminars, industry forums, expo, luncheon/dinners/receptions, product launch ceremonies, webinars, etc in Hong Kong and other target markets
    • Identify the potential area of revenue growth and penetration, defining client segments, characteristics, size, etc.
    • Develop and lead strategies for market penetration, capturing the market share
    • Plan and lead effective growth marketing plans for client acquisition, activation and retention by performance-driven and data-driven marketing activities (e.g. SEM, SEO, paid advertisement, etc.), bringing traffic and generating organic leads
    • Oversee marketing operations, leveraging CRM, email automation, social tracking, and other marketing technology to gain meaningful insights
    • Define, monitor and evaluate KPIs and ROI targets for marketing campaigns, making timely adjustments and remedy
    • Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an efficient approach

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
    • 10+ years of solid digital / event marketing experience gained in sizable SaaS / information technology / internet companies
    • Experience in B2B businesses is a MUST
    • Must be digital savvy, and familiar with relevant analytical and automation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Result-driven and sales-driven mindset
    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
