    My client is a well-established UK professional services consulting firm with over 70 years of history. They maintain a western culture in the workplace with a fancy office environment. To support their APAC IT needs, they're looking for a Regional Technical Support Consultant to join their team. You'll be joining a diverse and collaborative team to provide quality support services to end users across APAC.

    about the job.
    • Provide day-to-day support to the end users across APAC, including handling incoming IT tickets on a ticketing system, resolving IT incidents, new account setup, etc.
    • Maintain, configure, and setup backend infrastructure, like Servers, Network, Storage, and other devices and systems.
    • Handle backup solutions, manage databases, and schedule patch updates.
    • Keep track of the firm's IT inventory, work with external providers if there's a need in replenishing the firm's IT equipments.


    skills & experiences required.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in providing IT Support in a corporate settings, ideally in MNCs.
    • Proven track record on supporting users in multiple regions.
    • Support users on Windows, Active Directory, O365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.
    • Experienced in scheduling patch udpates and backup solutions, e.g., Veritas BackupExec.
    • Experience of IT ticketing systems, like FreshService, ServiceNow, etc.
    • Experience in system management softwares, like SCCM, Intune, etc.
    • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
