Responsibilities
- Drive sales through distributors to achieve sales and gross profit for assigned markets;
- Monitor advertising and promotions expenditure by distributors ensuring best value for the company and the distributors;
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide training to distributors
- Develop annual business plan and trade activity plan;
- Conduct sales analysis and report sales, margin and profit and other performance indicators on a regular basis;
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for existing and new markets and lead contract negotiations;
- Follow on export shipments and ensure accurate rolling forecasts;
- Work closely with factories and customer service team on aftersales; and
- Ad hoc assignments would be assigned when needed
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in appliances, consumer electronics or household products for APAC regional exposure;
- Experience in distributor management is a must;
- Strong business acumen with strong influencing skills;
- Outstanding communication skills, commercial sense and results driven;
- Team player, independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented;
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin; and
- Business travel in APAC region is required
