Our client is a leading consumer brand from Europe. They have a strong presence globally and have been developed in APAC region for over two decades. They are looking for young and driven sales talent to join the regional team and manage Asia region sales management.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with distribution partner in executing sales development plan for responsible region;
- Evaluate and activate relevant trade and retail partners;
- Ensure all retailer's staff receive training on product knowledge;
- Work with customer service and streamline service procedures;
- Support implementation and successful realisation of all sales programs and marketing campaigns; and
- Prepare various reports on visits, sales, presentations and other relevant customer data for management;
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant field;
- At least 3 years experience in regional sales & account management in retail & consumer industry;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Good in communication, able to conduct one on one training or to a group of people;
- Able to work independently and willing to walk an extra mile to grow the company;
- Result oriented, disciplined and can pay attention to detail ; and
- Good computer skills user experience
